Curt Lightle, Principal & Broker
Curt has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2000. As the Principal, his duties include oversight of the employee benefits division and personal planning. A graduate of the University of Washington and lifelong Puget Sound resident, Curt is married with two children and enjoys backpacking, camping and spending time with his family.
Justin Foltz, Senior Benefits Consultant
As a graduate of Trinity Lutheran College in Everett, WA with a BA in Business Management, he has been devoted to our community through local youth outreach and engagement. He is also a husband and proud father of 4 little ones. His primary goal is to support our new and current client's goals to control the total cost of benefits while providing comprehensive coverage and service.
Aaron Lightle, Benefits Consultant
Aaron is our newest team member. Aaron provides consultative analysis for prospective and existing clients. In his spare time, Aaron loves shredding on the guitar, hiking, and playing competitive basketball.
Maciana PenaVielza, Account Manager
Our latest addition to the team is Maciana. She will be providing essential support in scheduling and social media. A few fun facts about Maciana: She is a proud retired military wife and a mother of five beautiful children. She is very involved in her local community, often found volunteering at the community center. If she has any spare time left, you will find her baking or creating works of art in her wood-shop.
Shelly Staatz, Client Coordinator
Shelly provides excellent client service support for new and existing clients, processes applications and monitors cases through to completion. She creates, updates and maintains client files and assists in the day-to-day operations of the office. Shelly helps with client communication and service needs. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys time with her family, her dog Cooper, her car club, photography and baking and cooking in her kitchen.
