Curt Lightle, Principal & Broker

Curt has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2000. As the Principal, his duties include oversight of the employee benefits division and personal planning. A graduate of the University of Washington and lifelong Puget Sound resident, Curt is married with two children and enjoys backpacking, camping and spending time with his family.

Heather O'Herron, Customer Relationship Manager

Heather has a diverse background in Customer Service and Human Resources. Her primary focus as the Customer Relationship Manager is to assist groups and their employees with benefit inquiries, ensuring quick and courteous resolutions.  She is a liaison between insurance companies, trusts, administrative agencies, group administrators, their employees and our third party plan administration provider; helping to facilitate proper and complete utilization of the resources.  Heather enjoys time with her family, cooking and listening to vinyl records.

Justin Foltz, Broker

As a graduate of Trinity Lutheran College in Everett, WA with a BA in Business Management, he has been devoted to our community through local youth outreach and engagement. He is also a husband and proud father of 4 little ones. His primary goal is to support our new and current client's goals to control the total cost of benefits while providing comprehensive coverage and service.

Shelly Thiessen, Client Coordinator 

Shelly provides excellent client service support for new and existing clients, processes applications and monitors cases through to completion.  She creates, updates and maintains client files and assists in the day-to-day operations of the office.  Shelly helps with client communication and service needs.  In her spare time, Shelly enjoys time with her family, her dog Cooper, her car club, photography and baking and cooking in her kitchen.

Rolly Radwick

Rolly began working in the insurance and financial services business in 1977 when he joined his father's firm. He earned a Chartered Life Underwriter┬« (CLU┬«) designation in 1982.  Rolly thoroughly enjoyed his career and is now enjoying retirement just as much as of January 1st, 2015.  A lifelong resident of the Puget Sound, Rolly is now fishing, sailing, oyster farming, reading and spending time with his family.
